Matt has concentrated on employee benefit law throughout his career. Matt's experience covers the full range of employee benefit plans, including:
- Pension and profit-sharing plans,
- Multiemployer benefit plans (Taft-Hartley),
- Employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs),
- 401(k) and tax-sheltered annuity arrangements,
- Health insurance and cafeteria plans,
- Dependent care,
- Medical reimbursement plans, and
- Deferred compensation programs, including 409A issues.
Matt also specializes in helping employers comply with the Affordable Care Act.
