Edward J. Levin Joins Gordon Feinblatt's Real Estate Practice Group
Baltimore, Maryland -- The law firm of Gordon Feinblatt, LLC is pleased to announce that Edward J. Levin has joined the Firm as a Member in its Real Estate Practice Group.
Mr. Levin brings more than 30 years of experience providing counsel in real property areas, including real estate financing, leasing, purchase and sale, and workouts and foreclosure. He currently serves as chair of the Legal Opinions in Real Estate Transactions Committee of the American Bar Association's Section of Real Property, Trust & Estate Law. Mr. Levin is past chair of the Section of Real Property, Planning and Zoning of the Maryland State Bar Association.
Among numerous awards, Mr. Levin has been named annually by Woodward and White to the Best Lawyers in America for Real Estate Law since 1989. He has been cited by the respected English publisher Chambers & Partners since 2003 as a "first rate lawyer," "national leader" and in the top tier of real estate lawyers in Maryland. Mr. Levin has been named to Super Lawyers in Maryland since its inception in 2007. He was awarded the Daily Record's 2007 Leadership in Law Award, the 2006-2007 Distinguished Maryland Real Property Practitioner by the Section of Real Property, Planning and Zoning of the Maryland State Bar Association, and the 2004 Mortgage Associate of the Year by the Maryland Mortgage Bankers Association
