Gordon Feinblatt Represents White Cliffs Consulting, LLC In Sale To Novetta Solutions, LLC
On August 27, 2012 Gordon Feinblatt LLC represented White Cliffs Consulting, LLC (WCC) in its sale to Novetta Solutions, LLC, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners. WCC provides high-end, mission critical technology solutions to customers within the Intelligence, Department of Defense, and Homeland Security Communities and other organizations working with massive quantities of data.
This acquisition creates a pre-eminent big data analytics and cyber security company supporting clients in some of the nation’s most sensitive environments. WCC will be known as White Cliffs Consulting, a Novetta Solutions Company, and will continue to be led by WCC Partners Diane Batchik and John Skordas. Gordon Feinblatt attorney William M.
