Chuck Bacharach presented to the Maryland Bankers Association at their Inaugural Human Capital Management Forum regarding Employment Law Hot Topics. Chuck's presentation, entitled "Medical Marijuana in the Workplace", discussed the ramifications of the legality of medical marijuana on a state level versus the illegality of marijuana as a Schedule I controlled substance at the federal level.
