Barry F. Rosen is Chairman and CEO of Gordon Feinblatt LLC and heads the Firm's Health Care Practice Group. Mr. Rosen is a frequent lecturer on heath care subjects and has published numerous articles in the health care area.
CharlesR.Bacharach is a Member in the Firm’s Employment Law, Health Care and Litigation Practice Groups. Mr. Bacharach provides counsel to health care employers in creating and implementing employment policies and strategies, and has represented clients in employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour, wrongful discharge, ERISA, and other employment-related actions.
Cheri Harman Dorsey is a member in the Firm’s Trusts and Estates Group. Her practice focuses on estate planning and estates and trusts Administration. Ms. Dorsey helps clients address tax, trusts and estate planning issues as well as handles the administration of those matters. She drafts last wills and testaments and powers of attorney documents. Additionally, she has established life insurance trusts, charitable trusts, personal residence trusts, lifetime revocable trusts and other types of trusts created for estate planning purposes.
Jonathan E. Montgomery is an Associate in the Firm's Health Care Practice Group and Intellectual Property & Technology Group. Mr. Montgomery provides counsel to physicians, physician group practices, hospitals and other health care entities regarding health care transactions and regulatory compliance.
