Peter B. Rosenwald, II has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Maryland Food Bank. The Maryland Food Bank coordinates the procurement and distribution of food donations from manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers and government agencies to organizations providing food to the State's hungry.

Mr. Rosenwald has most recently served as Chairman of the Board of the American Red Cross of Central Maryland (ARC-CMC) and received two of ARC-CMC's most prestigious awards, The William Casey Award in 2006 and The Dorsey Family Service Award in 2010.

Mr. Rosenwald is a Member in Gordon Feinblatt's Financial Services and Real Estate Practice Groups and represents financial institutions in commercial lending transactions.
