Natalie is an Associate in the Financial Services and Business Law practice groups.
Natalie is a bankruptcy and business attorney with a practice focused on financial restructuring, creditors’ rights, and real estate-driven insolvency matters. With experience representing institutional lenders and creditors in multi-million dollar commercial loan workouts, foreclosures, and bankruptcies, Natalie delivers strategic, business-minded legal solutions throughout Maryland.
Natalie regularly handles matters involving stay litigation, tax sale issues, plan confirmation, and post-judgment proceedings, including disputes arising from confessed judgments, garnishments, the enforcement of security interests. She has a strong track record advising clients on the enforcement of remedies related to secured transactions.
In addition to her restructuring work, Natalie’s practice involves corporate and transactional matters, including securities compliance, loan origination, capital transactions, and entity formation. She brings a pragmatic and thorough approach to each case, helping clients navigate high-stakes proceedings with clarity and confidence.
Natalie is active in the legal community, volunteering with the negotiation team for the Black Law Student Association and National Trial Team of University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. She participates in expungement clinics that help remove barriers for individuals seeking a fresh start.
Natalie graduated magna cum laude, securing her membership in the prestigious "Order of the Coif." During law school, she distinguished herself as a member of the Student Honor Board and by graduating as the only student in her class on both the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and National Trial Team.
