Morgan Thomas Harried, Counsel
Morgan is Counsel in our Employment practice group.
She brings more than seven years of extensive experience in various aspects of law and compliance. Morgan handles complex legal matters including drafting and reviewing contracts, and providing litigation support.
In a previous role, Morgan served as a Director of Equity and Inclusion, where she focused on compliance with non-discrimination laws, spearheaded efforts to foster an inclusive environment, and led a team delivering training, investigations and outreach initiatives.
Morgan is also a skilled mediator and restorative justice practitioner, having facilitated the resolution of numerous conflicts and disputes in previous roles.
Morgan has completed extensive professional training in key areas, including Title IX coordination, civil rights investigations, and trauma-informed practices. This robust foundation equips her to navigate complex employment law matters with diligence and care.
Morgan is passionate about youth enrichment through movement and creative expression. She is a member of the Dance & Bmore Board and is a guest choreographer for Ovations Theatre in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
