Allan R. Serrano, Member
Allan is a Member in the Personal Injury practice group. He works with both personal injury cases and workers' compensation cases. He enjoys his role as an advocate and litigator who ensures that clients are fairly compensated for damages, pain, suffering and losses that result from traumatic accidents caused by the negligence of others.
He focuses his practice on clients who have suffered losses in Virginia, including Fairfax County, Arlington, Prince William, Loudoun and the City of Alexandria.
Prior to law school, Allan worked for three years as a compliance specialist advising international companies on compliance with regulations from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and other government agencies.
He is licensed in Maryland and Virginia. Allan is a member of the Fairfax Bar Association and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Legislative Committee within the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.
He received his Bachelor of Arts from Duke University and his Juris Doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. While in law school, Allan was a member of the Civil Justice Clinic and served as President of the Latino American Law Student Association. Allan also served as an Associate Editor for the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy.
Allan is fluent in Spanish.
