As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, promoting the advancement of diversity and inclusion, both within the firm and in the community, is of utmost importance to Gordon Feinblatt. The firm strongly supports the growth of diversity in the legal industry, including diversity in race, culture, ethnicity, gender and gender identity, sexual orientation, veteran status, religion, language, and experiences. We believe supporting diversity initiatives is not just important but the right thing to do. We support activities that promote inclusion and engage in many activities and partner with local civic, non-profit, and educational organizations and institutions to advance equitable solutions to many of the systemic barriers that remain. We also believe that diverse prospective and experiences among all personnel enhances the firm's ability to respond to the needs of a dynamic and diverse business community.

In 2017, the firm reconstituted its commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion by launching a committee that was truly representative of the Firm, with representation from across the Firm’s departments and teams.  Our goal is to weave diversity and inclusion thoughtfully and purposefully into the firm’s culture at every level and in the communities in which we live and work.
